Muchane Cloud
A self-hosted AI platform I architected, built, and operate alone. Roughly 21 Docker services on one VPS, one Postgres source of truth, and a standing rule that deterministic code handles everything mechanical while LLMs get only well-bounded tasks, with output reviews before action is taken. Coding agents author implementation plans and code while I hold every merge, push, deploy, and SQL execution, so autonomy runs inside enforced gates rather than on trust. Each entry below is a decision, what it cost, what it proved, and what I rejected to make it.
